Rams Horn Village Resort is fully owned and managed by its owners for its owners. As a non-profit association, the Rams Horn Village Owners’ Association was established in 1990. Serving long-term owner interests is the primary objective of the management of the association. As a self-managed association, we save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in management fees. We continually modernize and upgrade our resort and cabins to meet the expectations and comfort of this and future generations of our owners. Our Little Slice of Heaven on Earth
We are in the middle of our annual visit to Ram’s Horn Village Resort, and this is year number 3. We couldn’t ask for anything more than what this incredible staff offer to us each year. This village boasts beautiful cabins, immaculate grounds, incredible amenities and numerous entertainment options. Deb, Alex and their staff make all of their owners and guests feel extraordinarily special during their stay. This year, two of our sons celebrated birthdays on our date of arrival, and the staff picked up a cake for them and decorated the cabin in their honor. I can’t think of another place that would put that much time and energy into their guests! Our children are ages 13, 11, 10 and 7, and this is their favorite place on earth. RMNP is only minutes away, as is beautiful downtown Estes Park. If you are looking for an opportunity for ownership, Ram’s Horn is your place.
