CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. The balance is due upon check-in. There is a 30-day cancellation policy. All changes to the reservation or cancellations must be completed 30 days prior to the date of arrival, or you will forfeit the 50% deposit. There is no exception within 30 days of arrival. We are not responsible for any family emergencies, weather emergencies, etc. We strongly urge you to consider trip insurance to protect yourself in case of emergencies.
